Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Welcome to Safe Harbor Home Defense™. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, educational resources, community membership, workshops, reviews, strategy sessions, downloadable materials, and related services. By accessing our website, creating an account, joining the Community Membership, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Educational Purpose

Safe Harbor Home Defense provides educational information and general guidance concerning homeownership, mortgages, escrow, insurance, home protection, financial preparedness, and related subjects.

Our information and services are not legal, financial, tax, lending, insurance, real-estate, or investment advice. We do not act as your attorney, lender, loan servicer, financial adviser, insurance agent, real-estate broker, or housing counselor. You should consult an appropriately licensed professional about your individual circumstances.

We do not guarantee loan approval, foreclosure prevention, credit improvement, financial results, home retention, or any other particular outcome.

  1. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase or use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, account, and billing information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.

  1. Services and Pricing

Safe Harbor Home Defense currently offers:

• Community Membership — $55.55 per month following a seven-day free trial
• Homebuyer Readiness — $88.88 one-time payment
• Home Protection Review — $111.11 one-time payment
• Strategy Session — $155.55 one-time payment

Prices, features, schedules, and availability may change. Any change will apply to future purchases or billing periods and will not alter a completed one-time purchase without notice.

  1. Community Membership and Seven-Day Trial

The Community Membership begins with a seven-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will automatically be charged $55.55 when the trial expires. The membership will then renew automatically each month at $55.55 until canceled.

By starting the trial, you authorize Safe Harbor Home Defense and its payment processor to charge the recurring membership fee to your payment method when the trial ends and on each monthly renewal date.

You may cancel anytime through any cancellation option provided in your account or by emailing safeharborhomedefense@gmail.com. To prevent the next charge, your cancellation request must be received before the next billing date.

Cancellation stops future renewals. After a monthly payment has been processed, it is nonrefundable except where a refund is required by law. You may continue accessing the membership through the end of the paid billing period unless access is terminated for violating these Terms.

  1. One-Time Purchases and Refund Policy

Payments for Homebuyer Readiness, Home Protection Review, Strategy Sessions, and other one-time educational services or digital resources are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.

Because customers may receive immediate access to proprietary educational information, appointment preparation, resources, downloadable materials, or reserved service time, refunds will not be issued after purchase merely because a customer changes their mind, does not use the service, or does not complete the materials.

  1. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments

Appointments may be rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Please email safeharborhomedefense@gmail.com to request a scheduling change.

A customer who provides less than 24 hours’ notice or fails to attend a scheduled appointment may forfeit the appointment and payment. Safe Harbor Home Defense may permit another appointment at its discretion.

If Safe Harbor Home Defense must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will offer a replacement appointment or another appropriate resolution.

  1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All website content, business methods, educational materials, workshop presentations, videos, audio recordings, scripts, checklists, worksheets, graphics, logos, characters, course materials, downloads, and other resources provided by Safe Harbor Home Defense are owned by or licensed to Safe Harbor Home Defense and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Safe Harbor Home Defense™, Educate. Empower. Protect.™, Harbor, the Safe Harbor AI Education Team™, associated logos, and related brand materials are proprietary brand assets.

Purchasing a service or membership gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for your own educational purposes. Ownership is not transferred to you.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, record, photograph, distribute, publish, upload, or publicly display our materials
• Share your account, downloads, workshops, videos, or paid resources with another person
• Resell, sublicense, modify, translate, or create derivative products from our materials
• Remove trademarks, copyright notices, watermarks, or ownership notices
• Use our information or materials to create competing courses, workshops, businesses, artificial-intelligence training materials, or commercial content
• Claim our work, branding, characters, or educational resources as your own

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may subject the responsible person to legal action.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful technology, harass other members, post unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the services for fraudulent or illegal activity.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. Payments already made will not be refunded when access is terminated because of a violation.

  1. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers to host our website, process payments, deliver emails, schedule appointments, provide digital services, or analyze website performance.

Your use of a third-party platform may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Safe Harbor Home Defense is not responsible for an interruption, error, security incident, or other act outside our reasonable control involving a third-party provider.

Payment-card information is processed by third-party payment providers and is not stored directly by Safe Harbor Home Defense unless expressly stated.

  1. Customer Decisions and Results

You remain responsible for reviewing information, making decisions, contacting your mortgage company or other service providers, meeting deadlines, submitting documents, and obtaining advice from qualified professionals.

Individual results vary. Testimonials, examples, workshops, checklists, and educational discussions do not promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same result.

  1. Website and Service Availability

We work to provide accurate and useful information, but we do not guarantee that every item will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Mortgage programs, laws, regulations, lender requirements, and industry practices may change.

We may update, replace, suspend, or discontinue website content or services when reasonably necessary.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safe Harbor Home Defense and its owners, educators, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—our website, information, products, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Safe Harbor Home Defense for the specific service giving rise to that claim during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited.

  1. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated when required.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

  1. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
